We undertake and deal with the legal aspects of mortgage work on your behalf and that of your mortgage lender. As you would expect your solicitor to act in your best interest, we are equally obliged to act in the best interest of the lender as well. If you are obtaining a mortgage from the banks, we have panel memberships. All you need to do is give our details to your bank or mortgage broker, and they will send us the offer.

Remote and Virtual Services
We are happy to help people who are based remotely - in other cities, countries and can't meet us personally, we offer them video conferencing over Skype with prior appointment.

we are also happy to help busy people who can't make it on regular days , we offer weekend appointments if booked well in advance.
